An Emotion
is a thought and a physical sensation that we label
(sad, angry, happy, ect.). We then identify ourselves as
if we were that emotion and use it as a driving force in
our lives.
It is an exciting
revelation to discover how to harness the energy of
painful emotions and use it for creative problem
solving. Working together we can learn how to tap an island
of inner peace that lies deeply within all of us and
transforms the stress of anxiety, fear, depression,
grief, or anger into empathy, love, productivity, and
joy.
What follows is brief
description of the emotions we learn to use as helpful
red lights to stop and take care of ourselves.
